So you don't know what is and is not appropriate in your relationship any more. Partly because things keep changing and you never know what mood your mate is in until things start happening. You use to be able to tell from the response the morning after, if the night before was good. Or by the way they look when they fall asleep.
But Now!!!!! after 10 years the kids, the job, the in-laws,the friends, and the dog? Who can make heads or tails about anything anymore. We are lucky to have a few minutes in the bathroom to your self. And why is it that for some people, that where so independent and able to do so much on their own or for themselves .Before you came along, Can't find anything at all in their own home. That belongs to them.I don't know if that is a question or a statement or just Damn facts. But they can always find their way to SEX.
Now before you go off half cocked and start thinking about doing a drive by on your whole life. Lets sit down and pull ourselves together. First and Foremost we need to let everybody know that Right Now at this moment we need 15 minutes to our self. Nobody can ask you not even 1 question for 15 Damn Minutes.
1. Turn your cell on vibrate Nobody is going to need you to assist in a (911)
2. A cup of tea , A glass of wine or A Sweet Cosmo is in order right now.
3. Turn on your favorite song even if it's only in your head.
4. This is a self soothing technique take a minute to just not worry about anything at all.
5. Do you remember the last time you felt SEXY to your self?
6. Take another sip and another 10 years of crazy or even 5 you deserve this time.
7. Take in a deep breath and let it out slow now do it again and again
I want you to know that Stormy Weather 69 Loves you and I understand. Some times we give so much of ourselves that we for get to take time out. Our personal relationship with the people that we love. Can some times be over barring, that we loose who we are and what part of this relationship is for us. Because we are still individuals and we still need time for us. If you don't take that time every once in a while. You will loose your Dress Code. Because all of your jobs run into one another.
Now understand that this can happen with less on your plate if your not careful. You can be everything to your mate and forget about what it is that you want or need and they may very well think that everything is Ok . But if you don't let them know, that you need time or space. You won't get it. Because they are so use to you doing all that you do.That it will never accrue to them that your running on empty.
Having sex dose not make it better, Some body just saying Thanks instead of Thank You is not it. Somebody saying that they appreciate you and all that you do means a lot. But if they value what you do Please show you. Without you asking for it.

a hot tub filled with lavender bubbles… the soft gentle smell of a lavender candle…Marvin Gaye singing ever so softly…Luther Vandross on the left and Smokey Robinson on the right both waiting to serenade me…tall glass, coconut rum, pineapple and mango juice…as I ease into the bathtub I can feel the heat taking away all of the days stress…as the bubbles surround my body, the heat caresses my soul…I take a sip of my cold rum punch…OMG, today’s meeting, what meeting…Wait…I am going to draw my bath and grab my I-pod…Stormy, see you next week :)
