Happy days are back after 18 years of marriage and 3 children, 2 grandchildren and a column called Lets Talk Like Adults. My parents have been married for 18 years but the spice has been missing for along time. So I told my mother about your column that I read and so she started reading them.( Says a reader that emailed me Thursday.) The reader goes on to say, she talked her parents into going on a long weekend away for a little quality time just the 2 of them. That was a month ago. She goes on to say that she and her mother went out for lunch and she asked her mother how was the weekend. Her mothers reply was which weekend with a light smile. Curious, she said the one you went on, when you went to New Hampshire, why are you smiling like that was it that good? The woman replied it was better than good, it was great! we had so much fun and we even had sex like we did years ago. We watched the sun rise from our balcony as we snuggled in our blanket naked. We never felt so full of life and sexy. The woman told her daughter thank you. Because of you, your father and I have found the thing we fell in love with years ago.We had such a good time and we went horseback riding on a snowy trail came back to the cabin and made love near a fireplace and I felt beautiful. He looked at me in away he had not done in years.It was so exciting and there was nobody around to say they needed us for anything. It was The Best time we have had in years. The woman also said that she and her husband made a promise that they would not let time pass them by with out enjoying it anymore.
After I read the email in its entirety I was so happy to hear that my column helps people breath life back into their sex life. I hope when people read my columns they become inspired to enjoy sex as they once did or that its better than it was before.You are supposed to enjoy life and sex is a part of life. All I ask, is that you do it responsibly.
