How Often Do You Take The Stairs?
I know that a lot of you must be saying that I have really gone crazy now. But I promise I have not. I'm not talking about exercising to lose weight. I'm talking about really taking the stairs and sexercising. Just think of the extra leverage you can get. You are not going to fall off any thing if you are receiving or you are the giver during oral sex. Or if your are so excited that you are just going to get right into it. Don't twist your face up like that. Hear me out, Lets just say, you like to do it standing up . But the height difference between you makes it difficult. Here is when the stair become a good aid. If your man lies down on the incline. You will be able to ride him and he will be able to penetrate you and his balance won't be thrown off.( Don't judge, I know it can be done.) You know the stairs won't be moving like the bed. Ladies you don't have to be on your knees, lets face it he is stronger than you are so he should be on the bottom. And if you do it right, who knows you just might lose a pound not like we are trying to. But you will lose that sexual tension that has been building since dinner. You know what I am talking about now , Don't You. I thought you would. By the way you know this move is not limited to the stairs in your house. If the need for a adventure come into play. Or you have this unbelievable urge for a Candy bar or He wants a Cupcake. He is going to need a jacket to rest his head on.
